Dr. Christoph Fritz

Dr. Christoph Fritz looks back on a long-standing activity in civil service. After obtaining his doctorate at Bielefeld Law School in the field of local government law, he starts his administrative career as central gobvernment officer. Aferwards, he is for many years as local goverment chief officer responsible for law, order, schools, culture, and social affairs.

So Dr. Fritz has become well acquainted with mental attitudes and procedures in central as well as local government from the inside. His many years of experience in dealing with civil service officers qualify him particulary to pave and shorten the way for clients to solve their legal and practical problems with public authorities.

Within the law firm HEUSER & COLLEGEN, Dr. Fritz focuses on solving immigration, social security and tax problems of foreign assignments. Dr. Fritz is inter alia co-author of the "Praxishandbuch Lohnsteuerrecht" ("Practice manual of Wage Tax Law") where he writes on the subject "Grenzüberschreitende Arbeitnehmertätigkeit" ("Transnational Activity of Employees").

Kent Lorenz

Kent Lorenz has dealt with the subject of international assignments from various perspectives. In addition to his experience from the HR department of a multinational enterprise he brings the expertise from his work in the tax department of an internationally-active audit and tax consulting firm.

He possesses a wide knowledge throughout the subjects employment contract law, social security law, tax law and immigration law. This allows him to comprehensively advise our clients. Apart from his area of expertise in international assignments, he advises our clients in tax matters.

At the present time, he is in charge of the Duisburg Visa-Competence-Center.


 

Aleksandra Pieczynska

Aleksandra Pieczynska  mainly handles the Polish legal affairs. She uses her Polish and German legal and language skills and her experiences with Pollish and German mentality in order to develop most efficient approaches and results.

In 1995, Mrs Pieczynska passed her exam at the "Adam Mickiewicz University" in Poznan, Poland. After her legal studies she worked for a legal counsel and a law firm in Poland. Her professional focus was business law, labour and employment law and general civil law. Since 1998, she lives in Germany, where she qualified for the Master of Laws at the University of Cologne in 2004.


Sinja Schlotter

Sinja Schlotter is especially responsible for clients seeking legal advice in company law and German civil law. Due to her practical experience in an international accountancy firm and in a law firm specialized in company law, she has the expertise needed to give our clients the best possible legal advice. In 2009 she completed the course to become a certified lawyer in company law.

She serves our clients out of court by checking and composing contracts, prosecuting and implementing claims and-of course-in all matters referring to civil law, provided competent advice is needed. As a matter of course she appears in court as well. She is especially interested in safeguarding the client's interests in a fast, effective and cost-saving way whilst defending unjustified claims.
