1. Principle of efficiency
We prefer mandates, if we are convinced, that we can meet them. This principle requires the particular necessity to understand the clients` expressed and unexpressed expectations and goals.

2. Principle of service
We are client focussed. Our clients can expect us to releave them from their burden of workload. We accept responsibility und think economic. Diligence, reliability and availability are essential for our service orientataion.

3. Principle of economic
We want to conduct services that can be evaluated in economic terms. Almost any service is evaluable.
