Due to professional regulations lawyers are not allowed to perform in case of antagonistic interests (§ 43 Abs.4 BRAO). Therefore the existence of antagonistic interests will be verified before rendering legal advice.

 

Arbitration

All disputes arising between lawyers and clients can be settled by the Bar Association Düsseldorf (in accordance with § 73 Abs.2 Nr.3 i.V.m. § 73 Abs.5 BRAO)  or by the arbitration board of German Lawyers (§ 191 f BRAO)  upon request. Both institutions can be found on the internet im Internet via the Homepage of the German Bar association (www.brak.de), email:schlichtungsstelle@brak.de.
